Domestic

Engine Parts:
Engine parts weighing less than 150 pounds are transported by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Products with free shipping are sent via a carrier chosen by Tamaro. Additionally, there are faster shipping options for parts, including overnight and 2-day air. We will ship the order using the carrier you choose at checkout, and there is a fee for expedited shipment.

Engine parts that are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx have a 3PM same day shipping cutoff for in stock parts.

Engines or parts shipped Freight:
LTL freight is used to send engines or minor parts weighing more than 150 LBS. A semi truck will deliver the freight. Shipping freighted engines or parts to a freight terminal for customer pickup or to a company location with a dock or forklift to unload the freight is the normal flat charge. For an extra fee, liftgate delivery is offered for business or residential shipments. Before buying the item, please get in touch with us to discuss the additional cost. These expenses are usually around $75, though they can change according on where the item is shipped.

International

Engine Parts:
Engine parts weighing less than 150 pounds are transported by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When sending things overseas, there is usually a shipping fee. We do have faster choices, but UPS International Expedited is usually chosen. For prices, please message us. Usually, Tamaro lists prices that are greater than what they actually cost. Any customs charges, taxes, or tariffs resulting from the importation of our product into your nation are not covered by us. When buying anything from Indonesia, and especially Tamaro Engines, please have this in mind.

Engines or parts shipped Freight:
International freight is required for engines or small parts weighing more than 150 LBS.
We use Central Cargo or DHL for shipping engines or parts by sea. The freight will be transported by these carriers either door to door or door to port. The engine or parts must be picked up at the local port in your nation if you choose door-to-port shipment. At the time of pickup, duties or taxes will be required in addition to port and customs fees. We don’t cover those costs. The expenses of freight, packing, fumigation, and insurance are all covered by Tamaro Engines. Door-to-door or door-to-port ocean freight quotes are available.

For air freight, we use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or commercial airlines. These carriers will deliver the cargo either door-to-door or to the airport. The freight must be picked up at the local airport in your country if you choose door-to-airport shipping. At the time of pickup, there will be taxes or tariffs, customs fees, and airport costs. Those fees are not covered by us. Tamaro Engines merely covers the price of insurance, fumigation, freight, and packaging. We can provide a door-to-door or airport-to-door air freight quote.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked. There is no requirement for an RMA number because we receive very few returns. Just ship it back here after informing us that you would like to return an item. Before starting a return request, we just ask that you contact us so that we can try to fix the issue. If a defective or broken item is delivered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you just ordered the wrong part, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We don’t impose return or restocking fees, and we process refunds promptly.

Product Functionality / Guarantee Policy
Unless otherwise noted in a listing, we guarantee that every one of our products will be operational upon delivery. Most of our products have been tested by our in-house technicians prior to being listed and shipped. We guarantee the functionality of things that we are unable to test, unless otherwise specified in the description. We provide a 30-day, hassle-free return policy. We just ask that you contact us before requesting a return so that we have an opportunity to address the issue. If an item is delivered damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you simply ordered the wrong part, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.

Longer Test Times/Return Policy
We know it takes a lot of time and effort to integrate several of our automation solutions into a machine or to adequately test them. We can also offer a longer return or testing period if necessary. Please contact us if you would like more details.
